Lovely quiet doubleroom ,garden outlook

A peaceful fully furnished double- room, with built-in wardrobe, bookshelf, double bed, and bedside table.

There is a shared bathroom between two of you. I also have another male lodger. There is also an additional WC downstairs.
The room is single occupancy only.

This is a warm and welcoming house, ideally situated in a quiet area, on the edge of Dorking but only 10 minutes walk from the town centre and stations.
Excellent road connections (A24, A25) with Gatwick 30mins away and M25 10 minutes by car. and station to London 10min walk.

The ideal person would a professional and go out to work. Also friendly, considerate and respectful of others. I'm a potter and work in my garden studio from home. We sometimes get together and share a meal in winter in front of our log burner or invite friends over for the odd 'braai' (bbq) in the garden in the summer time.
Tesco Express is just 2min. walk down the road.

Please note there is an extra charge of £30/ month for the cleaner who comes bi-weekly.
