Lovely House- share in Farncombe

I am currently living in a 2-bedroom house in Farncombe - one bedroom will be available from August 20th 2022,

The house is conveniently located about a 2-minute walk from Farncombe station, close to a Co-op and a great coffee shop!. The house has a shared living room, dining room/office, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, downstairs bathroom with bath and shower- plus an outside patio with plants, seating, washing line, and a BBQ area. This gets a lot of sun in the morning/early afternoon and is lovely to sit in. Loft and garage for extra storage space. There is one parking space which we would share, but there is other free on-road parking outside the house and in surrounding streets,

The house is bright and airy, gets a lot of sunlight and most mornings I wake to birdsong! It is lovely. The area is generally really quiet and relaxing. No problems with neighbours or issues in the area. All bills and council taxes are included in the price, including Wifi. The house has some lovely features like old fireplaces and exposed brickwork. I work as a secondary school Geography and Psychology teacher so spend a lot of time working but love to cook, do yoga, see friends and go for long walks. This house share is ideal for young professionals who enjoy a catch-up but also like their own space. Viewings can be arranged immediately so you can come and take a look at the place!
