The apartment is located in the Charterhouse area of Godalming, just off the A3, and is a short 10 minute walk from Farncombe train station (very fast trains to London Waterloo) and a 15 minute walk from Godalming town centre. There is a co-op just around the corner and a gym and swimming pool within a 5 minute walk at the Charterhouse school. There is plenty of on-street parking available right outside the apartment.

Seeking a mature student or professional (no couples please) and someone who is clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything you need and the split level living room goes straight out onto the large South West facing balcony, which has lovely views over Godalming. The family bathroom is shared although the other bedroom has an en-suite so the new tenant will benefit from being the main user of the family bathroom.
