The property is located in a quite cul-de-sac within the village of Godstone, which is just a few minutes Drive from J6 M25, Redhill and Oxted mainline stations which go direct into the city [35min] and down to the coast. Gatwick Airport is 15min Drive away.

The village Centre (just a few minutes walk from the property) is a quaint Surrey village and benefits from a football / cricket green, 4 friendly pubs / restaurants, doctors, chemist, mini mart and baker shops.

For those who love walking and biking we are right at the foot of the North Surrey Downs, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Attached to the room is an en-suite shower that has a wash hand basin, Heated towel rail, mirror / integrated vanity unit and WC

Our Story

As a family of 4 we’ve lived in this house since it was built in 1998 and in 2012 we took a bold step and rebuilt it how we wanted, hope you like the pictures.

About Us

Father [Kevin 53] and Son [Jack23] and Daniella [House Mate 23] are friendly, outgoing and sociable. We like running / cycling (road and Mountain Biking) and a good film. Kevin is a keen sailor and often takes part in the main Yacht races.

Jack graduated from Southampton obtaining a masters degree in an Aerospace design. His experience at living away from home has made him an absolute master at all types of pasta dishes and student cocktails. He likes bikes [motor and MTB], a little cross country running and anything with an engineering theme.

Kevin has two jobs, which with usually keeps me out for most of the day and many weekends. These are fit out of offices in London [construction] and skippering a yacht when out on charter.

Daniella recently moved into the guest room and works locally.

At home we like socialising and in our village we have our own brewery and some great pubs and tree lined trails and that you just can’t beat. I like to keep fit by playing squash at our local club, riding mountain / road bikes and running (5-10k) and prefer Rugby over football, although happy to watch the odd game of footie.

We are immensely proud of where we live and like to keep it clean and tidy and are looking for up to one other house mate that is easy going, tidy and willing to help out with cleaning and maintenance.
