Large double ensuite on the first floor £900 per calendar month including bills.
This light and airy double room is on the first floor and has a large wardrobe and a big chest of drawers for that all-important storage, Ethernet socket and a TV aerial point. There is also a large desk and chair in the room.
The ensuite bathroom has a power shower, a toilet, a sink and a bathroom cabinet.

🚆Excellent transport links via two main line train stations (fast links to London Waterloo and Victoria) with the A3 and the A320 easily accessible.
🚌The bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the house with buses running every 10 – 15 minutes (4,5) to Guildford.
🏊Surrey Sports Park is within walking distance with its Olympic size swimming pool, gym, outdoor pitches
🛍️A large Tesco is within walking distance.
