Rent is £475 pcm plus bills, there is both driveway and road parking. The house is newly furnished with a big garden, and has a washing machine and tumble dryer, TV, living room and dining area. The room itself has a built in wardrobe.
It is a ~20 minute walk to both main campus and the vet school. Tesco and local shops are just down the road. Landlord is lovely and always happy to help (it will be our 3rd year living here!).
