Double bedroom available in 2 bed ground floor Victorian garden flat in Kingston. 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to either Surbiton or Kingston centre, K1 and K4 bustop very near.
The bedroom has a King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large mirror, bedside table & lamp.
It has a double glazed window and radiator. It is warm and sunny.
The flat has a lounge with working fireplace & smart TV with Netflix, open plan kitchen/diner which is newly fitted with dishwasher & washer/dryer, bathroom & small garden.
The room is not available to couples.
I am your flatmate and live in landlady, I have had various lodgers over the last 14 years and have always enjoyed meeting new people. I am a self employed cafe owner and work a lot, including most weekends and early morning starts.
I am young at heart and pretty easy going. I enjoy cooking, wine, travel (when possible!) and spending time with friends.
The monthly rent of £595 includes all bills as well as a weekly cleaner and Netflix access. The flat comes with a large fluffy cat called Sushi.
