The current occupant is also away most weekends.

As well as the train station (London Waterloo in 25-29 minutes) it is serviced by a number of bus routes, including night buses.
Kingston University’s main campus, Richmond Park and Kingston town centre are all within easy walking distance.

On-street parking is available via a residents permit application (currently only £90 a year).

The room is available to non-smokers only. No couples or pets please.

Rent is GBP 595 per month, fully inclusive of all bills, including WiFi.
