Nice And Cosy Room 5Min Walk From Morden Tube

We have a small double room to let from the beginning of June for a single person. Please note - it is not suitable for couples.

The size of the room is a small double and while it could easily fit a double bed, currently there is a single one in order to maximise the space. Apart from the bed with a very comfortable mattress there is also a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and a chair.

The flat is very clean - weekly cleaning of the communal areas is included in the rent so there is no need for a cleaning rosta.

All bills and internet connection are also included. The deposit is 1 months rent but this is negotiable for the right person.

There are 3 other people living in the flat - 2 females and 1 male, all professionals in their 20s and 30s working office hours. There will never be more than 4 people living in this flat in total (including you). All bedrooms are for single occupancy.

The flat has been renovated recently, it is spacious, with separate living/dining room, large kitchen, plenty of fridge and storage space, bathroom and a separate toilet. It has been designed to accommodate 4 people comfortably. Outside, there is a balcony/patio with a table and 2 chairs and a communal garden. The place is very quiet and peaceful and offers a lot of privacy for each tenant.

We are looking for someone who is considerate of others and is looking for a clean and quiet place to live themselves.

The location is convenient with Morden Tube station and Morden South Thameslink station both 5 min walk away. A journey to central London takes around 30min. There are also many bus routes available nearby.

We are looking for a long term tenant (min 6 months) but would consider shorter let for an increased rent. The room will be available from the beginning of June.
