All the housemates are fun and friendly, without being too raucous or noisy and all respect peace and quiet at night and making sure the house is a great place to live in - keeping it clean.

A cleaner also comes twice a week for 2 hours a time to clean all communal areas.

The transport is excellent from this house too.

Morden South train station is about a 10 minute walk which will get you into Wimbledon in 7 mins.

The 80 and the 93 busses stop outside the house which go straight to Morden tube station for the start of the Northern Line in approx 8mins depending on the traffic,

There is a small Asda and a Co-Op that are about 5mins walk and a large Sainsbury's that is a 10 minute bus ride.


There is high speed Broadband and A cleaner who comes in each week to clean the bathrooms, kitchens and common areas!
