My name is Beth - I am live in landlord looking for a friendly, tidy, easy-going lodger to rent a room!

A king size double bedroom is available, furnished with bedside tables, tv cabinet and wardrobe, with an en suite wc/shower.

This is within a three bed, three bathroom terraced house on the Park 25 housing development in Redhill.

The property has a drive with 2 spaces , a newly refurbed garden (with astro so no lawn mowing!),
a kitchen/diner, spacious living room, utility room, two en suite bedrooms and a third bedroom with communal toilet/shower room.

I will be the only other occupant meaning the third double bedroom will be spare should you have any friends, family or guests to stay on occasions!

There is also a garage plus two spaces on the drive and parking on a private road.

Park 25 is a 10-15min walk to Redhill train station and town centre including a modern gastro-pub, shopping centre, big Sainsbury’s, Premier Inn and sports centre.

Reigate is a 5min train or 10min drive away filled with more shops, more pubs/bars and nice restaurants.

Crawley was Croydon are also 20min drives away for bigger town centres.

The area also has lots of national trust sites such as Box Hill and Reigate Hill for beautiful view points and walking routes.

Redhill is a 30-40min train direct to London Bridge or Victoria, 20min drive (10min train) to Gatwick and 10min drive to M25 (junction 8).
