Sadly, our current lodger is off to pastures new so for rent is a good quality double room on the 3rd floor of a contemporary 3 storey town house. There are two bedrooms on this floor, with the other being our spare. The bathroom on this floor would be for sole use except on the rare occasion we have a guest staying over for the night (not at the present time). The lounge area is not shared.

The house is 10 mins walk from Redhill station 15 minutes to Reigate. Near Shaws Corner. The 420, 460 & 430 bus stop outside (will get you to East Surrey Hospital in 15 minutes or if you feel energetic a 45 minute walk..) Doynings Gym is 5 mins walk as are local shops and pubs,, (open subject to Covid restrictions,.) There is plenty of available parking in the vicinity.

Room has kingsize bed, beside cabinets, lamps, desk, chair, wardrobe and tv/dvd.
Lovely bathroom with over bath shower.
All bills are included including super fast fibre broadband.
Bedding and towels provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that could be needed including dishwasher, microwave etc. There is a breakfast bar for eating meals etc.

Sharing with friendly gay couple. This room would suit a quiet, clean, tidy, independent English speaking person , with a regular working pattern who is respectful of others privacy and has a good work/social life balance. Home workers - sorry, this not for you as we live next door to a Primary School, neither is it suitable for a person who likes to cook a lot as the downstairs is open plan.
