Property features 2 bathrooms (1 on first floor with shower / bath. Second downstairs WC), conservatory kitchen with washer/dryer/dishwasher, living room with TV (sky and apple TV), dining room and outdoor garden area.

Your room is small but cozy and comes fully-furnished with wardrobe, shelves and bedside table.

The flatmates:
You will be living with three amazing and chilled female housemates (aged 29-36). We have Charlotte, who brings a certain french je ne says quoi, and also runs yoga classes in nearby mortlake she encourages us to attend. Next up we have Laura, a Communications Manager who may try and drag you out of bed for a run in Richmond Park. Don't panic, she will follow that up by feeding you a fantastic roast meal. And finally Eve, very creative and into the arts. Incredible in the kitchen, she makes amazing brownies and delicious kale chips. We are all friends and enjoy each others company, but we also value our personal space and have our own lives.

Logistics:
Room is available from 5th September. Rent is £650 pcm and deposit the same amount. Bills come to £40 per month and includes all utility bills, fortnightly cleaner and Internet/Sky TV! No agency or lettings fees. We rent directly through an amazing family.
