Double Furnished/Unfurnished Room in Friendly Flat

We (Steve& Catherine) are looking for two chilled, friendly and tidy people to share our relaxed flat in surbiton.

One room is fully furnished with nice matching furniture and a comfy bed.

The other is a double room unfurnished and has beautiful sunsets.

All areas of the flat are shared (apart from our rooms) and consists of a bright lounge, kitchen with dishwasher etc, a bathroom and separate toilet. One of the rooms is Steve’s office, which has a spare sofa bed for guest to stay.

The flats are just by Claremont park, less than a 5 min walk to the train station, with connections into Waterloo in 15mins.

We are pretty busy people work wise and socially, but do enjoy the odd night in or out with flatmates. Catherine & I both are away most weekends, as we have a house in Wiltshire, so normally we are only here Mon - Thurs.

We are pretty laid back and enjoy living in a tidy, chilled out flat. We are looking for someone similar. This flat is very much a home, so would be great to find two flatmates who could become part of that!
