Sutton Stunner In Spring!

Smart house that has recently been treated to a refurb. Everyone in it loves it and looks after it well. AAaaahhh thanks guys!!

St Nicolas and Times Square shopping centres are a stroll away, shop, eat, drink! Go back to the first shop you went into and buy the top anyway.

At the bottom of the road is Sutton mainline station! Zoom off round town.

24 hour buses make getting home after 10 pints super cheap. Laters Uber!

The room is cosy yet bright making it feel like your own place to hide away should you be feeling like a chilled one alone.

Shared areas include a modern kitchen, breakfast bar and a living area with a comfortable couch and Virgin TV.

French doors onto a patio and garden with a table for summer BBQs. COME ON SUMMER ALREADY!!!!!

All this is cleaned by our amazing cleaner Jackie once a week. Sparkling!

The house mates are 2 girls that have been here for yonks and one guy and girl who are a bit newer ! All keen to find the last housemate for the set.

Lee & Jo are live out Landlords and have our trusty band of handymen, cleaners and other lovely tradesmen. This means things get done and you’ll have a easy life with us!
You will be left in peace to enjoy your home and new mates, however we are always here to help and make sure your home is properly maintained and you are happy.

People take rooms here because of how near the station and shops are. Links are super easy here. We would recommend the Slug and Lettuce for beer and South Beats for cocktails. Sutton has stacks of places to eat and to burn it all off there are multiple gyms, Westcroft leisure Centre and Sutton Sports village means there are no excuses! Aaaaaand squat.
