The room has a double bed and is also fitted with a built in wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.
All bills included including fast 1gb fibre optic WiFi, TV, Netflix, Disney+, council tax, gas, electricity & water. (and a PS5 if you like your gaming!) :)
The area is quiet and there is space for your car on the driveway. It's a 30 second walk to The Hamptons; a lovely park with a middle America setting. If you're a fan of horses, a short walk further there are fields with beautiful mares you can pet. Local shop 5 minute walk; ALDI/Sainsburys/etc. a further 10 minutes.
Worcester Park Station is a 20-25 minute walk away and has a direct train line between Guildford and Waterloo every 30 minutes.
There are two of us living here currently and but one of us is going away for a couple of months. We are looking for a new housemate to enjoy the space with and have a great time! - We are very personable, outgoing and relaxed people with a passion for Snowboarding , Travel, Video Games and Music!
