Must be ok around cats as 4 live here.
I have 2 beehives in the garden so please take into consideration if you have a serious allergy.
I am allergic to peanuts if ingested. I have no concerns with peanuts being kept and used here so long as everything is thoroughly cleaned. The dishwasher will do the trick.
You will be expected to pay 50% of the total council tax amount (Band B) and a set contribution towards water, gas, electricity costs.
20-30min walk from Freeman Hospital, 10-15min walk to Quorum Park.
Local shops include Heron Foods, Farm Foods, Greggs, Sainsbury’s, Lidl.
On street parking.
2min walk to Nuffield gym.
10-15min walk to nearest metro station (Longbenton).
Bed, long mirror and clothes storage in room.
Shared areas expected to be kept clean and tidy.
