A well equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, glassware and cutlery.
A living room with lounge suit and dining table and chairs.

Free Wifi and Broadband.
Oil fired central heating.
All bills are included.
The rent includes a general clean of the property and, bedlinen and towels laundered weekly.
The property is situated 3 miles from Junction 12 M40.
We are looking for a Monday to Friday let - with 4 or possibly 5 nights per week.
This would suit a professional person temporarily working area.
