This lovely, refurbished semi-detached house is located on Dalehouse Lane, just near the junction with Common Lane. The location is ideal for anyone working in Kenilworth or at Warwick University, and it's also only 30 metres from the front door to the bus stop, with regular buses directly to JLR at Whitley, and Coventry, Binley and Rugby.
It's very handy for the A46 and A45, and there are three pubs within about half a mile on the way into town. There's also a convenience store and launderette just round the corner as well as a fantastic golf course!
