-The city centre is just 15 mins walking distance from the house and there's a bus stop close by. Only 25 mins by bus to Singleton campus and 10 mins to bay campus.

Occupants:
I'm a live-in landlord but work outside Swansea since recently graduating so I'm away a lot. Foreign students also very welcome (I speak German, Spanish + French if you'd rather use those).
Apart from me, there's a PhD student living here, a very friendly easy-going music enthusiast who likes bouldering, too.
