We have available one double room , comfortably furnished.

There are currently three other housemates, James , OJ and Vincent - all easy going and friendly people.

Located in the popular residential area of Bearwood ( just a mile from Harborne and a stones throw from Edgbaston) within 3 miles of the city centre and good access to other parts of the city via main bus routes, aswell as major motorway networks.

There is a lovely park and woods within walking distance, aswell as a golf course nearby.

The house is only a few minute's walk from the local high street which has local shops, Fitness First Centre, supermarkets and local amenities.

There are also a couple of really good restaurants, cafes and decent pubs in the area.
