We have a beautiful en suite room becoming available from 1st June 2024, this is the perfect room and home for the right person. We have more photos and videos of the room we can send if you send us your WhatsApp.

The room would ideally suit someone starting a new job in the area, maybe a hard working professional or mature student, mid week and short term contracts welcomed.

Fab if you want somewhere to lay your hat rather than going back to an empty hotel room. It’s a great opportunity to get to know the area and walk into some ready made housemates at the same time :-)

We have an amazing house with open plan living contemporary kitchen and separate lounge. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need and a separate pantry.

Patio doors lead to a gorgeous contemporary garden and outdoor garden with seating and entertaining space.

The bedroom is fitted to a very high standard with its own en-suite , wardrobe, quality mattress and bed linen . There is also access to a TV with full access to Internet TV ).

There is access to networked High Speed 1gb internet Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The house offers off street parking, CCTV and is within walking distance to Bearwood High street with easy access to the City Centre and walking distance to Fiveways and both the City & QE Hospitals and Birmingham University.

There is also easy access to the motorway network

Public transport is easily accessible to the City Centre shops restaurants and pubs.
