I currently live in the property occupying the top floor. I'm looking to rent out the double bedroom on the middle floor, overlooking the rear / garden of the property. You will have full use of the middle floor family bathroom too.
Bedroom is furnished with double bed, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe with drawers and a waist height cupboard. Desk & chair can be provided if required. The room is currently painted light magnolia and pink (see pictures), I'm happy to change it all to magnolia if preferred.

Ok with visitors in general provided notice is given, to be discussed and agreed. eg regular weekend visits from girl/boyfriends are ok in principle. (Of course your guests and their actions are your responsibility whilst they are staying.)
The house is fitted with CCTV, burglar alarm and smoke alarms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob (currently don't have dishwasher but that could change), 2 seater sofa, 4k TV with Virgin TV / Netflix, 6 seater dining table. All bills included in the price (fibre internet, Netflix, gas & electricity, water, council tax).
