Dear All, I got a job in South England so I am looking for somebody that could end my contract (14/04/19) and if happy to extend it with the agency at the same time or after.
The studio is just behind Broad Street and it is in a quite and safe area.
The rent is £ 625 a month plus extras. For the car park which is on side there is an extra charge too.
The studio is in a great location as everything is a walking distance from here: 2 minutes to the canal, 5 minutes to the library, 10 minutes to the museums. New Street Station 15/20 minutes walking.
Bus stop 3 minutes walking.
The agency will ask for a normal check as they normally do before to sign the contract and will ask for a deposit too.
