I am a final year physics PhD student who is friendly, tidy, and quiet. I am looking for 2 other postgrad students who would like to share a lovely 4-bedroom house with me during this academic year.
Location:
• situated in Chapelfields (near Earlsdon) across from Hearsall common. 2 minutes walk away from bus stops that go to the centre of Coventry and Warwick University. Around 11-minute bus ride to university.
Facilities:
• A kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, an electric oven with an induction hob, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle.
• A separate living room area with a TV.
• Downstairs bathroom with toilet and another separate toilet
• Rear garden with a picnic table and bike rack
