Nice residential street occupied mostly by working people so no party animals or inconsiderate people please. Area is very popular with graduate students at both Coventry and Warwick.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, one large double, one smaller double (the room now available) and one large single room. Downstairs one living room, one bedroom.
There is a bus stop at the top of the street to Warwick University where the no. 11 bus leaves every seven minutes and takes about half an hour max to get to campus, and other buses which travel into the city centre for Coventry University campus.
Broadband is included.
