I am a live in landlord with a spare double room available.
My house is all open plan on the ground floor with big expansive bi-fold doors to the garden. I like my technology so I have Alexa devices dotted around the house with voice activated light bulbs and Spotify also attached to Alexa.
I also have super fast broadband, Netflix, Now TV, BT Sport, and Amazon Prime.
I have all the usual appliances but also have a dishwasher and tumble dryer.
The double room consists of a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Also has views of open fields that was growing wheat this year.
Unfortunately there isn’t an en-suite option as there is only one bathroom but I am the only resident and I’m very clean.
