It is spacious with a large kitchen, a breakfast room, a living room and yoga room which is shared. It also has a separate bathroom with bathtub and shower also suitable for guests and a spare room which could be an interesting office space for a working professional. The house also has a very large back garden which is wonderful to enjoy all year round for exercise, gardening and lounging.

The room is fully furnished with a bed and cupboards, facing Spencer park. Only 10 min by foot to the train station and about 20 min to Coventry University. Bus station to Warwick Uni about 5 min by foot (then 20 min by bus).

The room is suitable for a reliable and convivial, preferably female working professional, researcher, or PhD student, aged between 30 and 60 years.

The room is available from 1st January/1st February (this is negotiable), for a 6month period minimum. The rent is 480 GBP, bills including internet, gas-electric and water are to be shared and estimated at 70 GBP pro-rata, Council tax is approx. 90 pro-rata.
