The house is 2 minutes walk from the bus routes! With pubs and restaurants all around. It's the most popular location for young professionals in the whole City due to the restaurants and coffee shops on the Earlsdon high street just around the corner. Not to mention this is the area where many other young professionals live too.

The Earlsdon area is the most popular hang out in Coventry for the pubs, wine bars and coffee shops, it's a real vibrant area but finding a nice professional room can often be challenging!

Unlike most properties on the market, my properties are NON-CLINICAL, that means they all have character and a homely feel as opposed to feeling like your just renting a room and walking on egg shells all the time. This will be your home and you can treat it as such, no one will pester you and you will not be pestered by me for rent as we will set-up a standing order each month.

- No couples, No Pets sorry!
