We are looking for a housemate to join our house. We are all very friendly and sociable. We lived together for the last 3 years and now we have 1 spare room as one of our friends just moved out.
The house is refurbished, the monthly rent is just £185/month. The bills (electricity, gas and internet) are £50/month and council tax £46.
The house is by the Edgbaston reservoir, very close to city center, there is Lidle and Tesco close by, pretty much everything that you need is very close. :)
We do all the viewings for housemates who are interested in moving in.
We are looking for someone who will fit in with us. :)
