I'm looking for someone to replace me in a house of students from 01/07/19. The house is really modern, has a large open plan kitchen/living area and double beds. It's on Tiverton Road, one of the nicest roads in Selly Oak (a student village). You would be living with 4 girls and 4 guys, all of whom are incredibly friendly!
The rent is £420 per month and the contract lasts 12 months (01/07/19 to 31/06/19).
