Single room with own bathroom on Shoreham Beach

Single room available in a lovely first-floor two-bed flat overlooking the river on Shoreham Beach.

The room is furnished with a comfy single bed, a large wardrobe and other storage as required. There's space for a small desk.

The bathroom is not shared and has a bath. There's a colourful and cozy shared living room and small kitchen.

There's parking available on the street, and a bicycle rack in the gated carpark. 15 minutes walk from Shoreham town centre and the bus stop to get to Brighton or Worthing; 20 minutes walk from the train station. Five minutes walk from the sea!

I work from home some days in the week but I'm also often out and about on the beach, cycling and swimming in the sea. I'm creative and friendly and like home to be a calm and welcoming space. I like having friends over for dinner from time to time but also appreciate my own space at times too.

Looking for someone chilled and friendly. I'd prefer vegetarian but can be flexible.

The six months could be extended if it works out well for both of us.

No pets allowed here I'm afraid.

Rent includes all bills including internet and tv license.
