The bedroom is located on the second floor of a large terrace house. It has a beautiful view over Gott’s Park. The area is calm and quiet and plenty of street parking.

The bedroom have a double bed with high quality mattress, fitted wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table, bookcases, small desk ( possibility to have a large desk if you want) and a chair. Also some storage area.

The house have 2 full bathroom to share between tree people.

Super speed broadband and Netflix
If you want, we can put a tv in your bedroom, just ask.

All bills include: council tax, energy, heating, broadband, water, Netflix, weekly cleaning and consumables

Smocking is not allow inside the house

We also have an excellent cleaner who comes weekly to clean whole house including bedrooms.

Also we just installed a new vitro-ceramic and double oven, filter water system ( to drink clean water)

Bus stop at the front of the house regular buses every 5 min to Leeds and Bradford.

Around 5 min walk from the main street of Armley with all kind of shops, poste office, pharmacy, Lloyds bank, library, NHS centre, Poundland and Tesco 15 min walk a big ALDI.

Leicester centre with gym and swimpool open 5 year ago it is only 8 min walking from the house.

2 Shopping centres 30 min walk, with all kind of restaurant, climbing centre, theatre, shops and cinema.
