We're looking to rent our spare room as our lodger has retired and moved home.
The flat is located in East Ardsley and has ideal transport links to the M62, M1 and M621 making Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford easily accessible. Outwood train-station is also within two miles of the flat - it has free parking at the station or can be walked to within 30 minutes.
All bills are included in the rent including broadband! The room is a good size double bedroom and currently contains a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk. As our room has an en-suite, you also have sole use of the main bathroom (unless I fancy a bath!)
We both work during the week so enjoy chilling out in the evenings, usually watching football or TV. We will be looking to sell the flat at some point this year which could mean you need to look for somewhere else at some point.
