There are two females and one male currently living in the house. Amy, Aneesah, and Chris who are professionals in their late 20's/ 30's working in Leeds. The house is kept immaculately clean and tidy and we would prefer the new tenant to get on board with doing the same to maintain the cosy home.

Close by are various take away food outlets including the fantastic Kirkstall fish shop and the Dinner Box chinese takeaway. The West End pub is only a few mins walk away as is the Dos Amigos Tapas bar by Kirkstall Abbey itself. Morrisons supermarket is about a 7 min walk.

Amy has a pet kitten that is very lazy but very friendly! The pet has/ can be kept in the tenants bedroom if needed also.
