The flat is located on City Island, a gated apartment complex, just a 10 minute walk from the train station and central Leeds, it's on the fifth floor and the balcony overlooks the river. The flat is light and airy, with a modern finish, and there is a Sainsburys about 5 minutes away.

One of the bedrooms is available to rent in this two bed flat, and a female professional is preferred.

The flat in furnished, with a double bed and wardrobe in the bedroom, and the shared bathroom has both a bath and shower. Rent is £410 and this doesn't include bills or council tax.

Rent is paid on the 15th of the month, just so you know, and the move in date can be flexible, although a sooner rather than later move in date is preferred. However, drop me a message and we can figure something out :)

I can do viewings from about 5:15pm onwards in the evenings, or I can meet you at the flat on my lunch break in the afternoon.
