My two flatmates moved and I am looking for two people to move with me. The house has 4 bedrooms but we are only using 3 and the 4th is a spare room. The house is 10 minutes walk from Leeds University and 10 to 15 minutes walk to the town. The buses are also a walking distance and there is a Tesco nearby and McColl's just two minutes walk.
The house has a nice small garden ideal for barbecues and just to set down and relax.
There are two rooms available, one downstairs and one upstairs.
The rent DOES NOT include bills which will be shared equally between all the tenants and access to the accounts will be available to all to make sure all the bills are accurate.
