Homely Clean, High Quality House

Hi there, I am looking to take on two additional lodgers to my house (3 in total).

I am looking for people who just want to work hard in the week and relax in the evening. Someone who will be respectful of others in terms of sounds early and late and also cleanliness (there's a rota of sorts to help divide the labour) and will treat my house well as i work hard to maintain it, clean it and keep it at a high standard and hopefully let people enjoy it!

great running routes along the river/canal
25ish mins walk to leeds city centre
5ish mins walk to Morrisons + lidl + other amenities
quiet location with onstreet parking

**** My situation***
I will have the single room in the house, i've put on spare room there's 3 people living there, it's proably best to think of it like 3.1 as i work away and have accommodation with my work and a girlfriend in Switzerland so my plans arn't to live in the house at the moment. However i have stuff stored in the garage and my single room and my mail still comes here, so i will come rarely and for a short duration, think maximum once per month and mainly to collect clothes / mail / something from the garage.
