Two double rooms available in Meanwood

Hi!
My name's Joe I'm after two lodgers to share my house on the popular Highburys in Meanwood. I have done a lot of renovation work to the property since I bought it and it has recently had a new open plan kitchen, new roof and loft conversion, as full rewire of the electrics, as well as some outside work including a nice outside patio/terrace area to sit out on the summer evenings. I have the cellar room although I'm not staying at the property a great deal at the moment as I spend a lot of time at my partner's house. I do go to the house everyday to feed and look after my cats Thelma and Louise so being a cat lover will be important! The property is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Meanwood or Meanwood Park, it's a 10 minute walk to the centre of Headingley. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with double beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and loads of storage space. The living room, kitchen and bathroom will be shared with me (when I'm there) and the other lodger. I'd ideally be looking for professionals however would consider students. The rent includes all bills as well as WiFi. Thanks for looking!
