I have a double room available in a gorgeous mid-terrace stone house available for a non-smoking young professional looking for a comfortable homeshare.

The room available is fully furnished with a double bed, storage box unit, hanging rail and shelves. You will be sharing the comfortable living room including smart TV with Netflix available for use. The large kitchen is fully fitted with a beautiful gas hob and range cooker, dishwasher,
microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine as well as dining table and chairs. The shared modern bathroom is tiled with full suite and powerful shower. There are low maintenance front and
rear gardens with BBQ available and cellar below the kitchen for storage. Easy on street parking is available.

In a quiet part of Pudsey, the house is close to amenities with the town centre being only a 5 minute walk away including the newly refurbished leisure centre and plenty of pubs, cafes and shops. Sainsbury's local is a few minutes walk as a convenience store but Lidl and ASDA are only a short drive. Pudsey park is just at the end of the road and there is lots of local countryside for longer walks. If you do not have use of a car, there is a large bus station, also within minutes walk, which has great links with Leeds and Bradford.

As you will be sharing my house with me I am looking for someone to respect the space as their own and be considerate. I myself am a young professional, enjoying walks in the countryside and baking.

The rent is as shown above payable monthly in advance and a refundable deposit of one months rent (£450 or £550) is required. All utility and house bills are included in the monthly rental price.
