Camden

Camden is a great place to live as there is always something happening in the area. There are great pubs, bars and restaurants in the area and there is always someone that has something on (live music, comedy, theatre) ANY day of the week.
The area is also very well connected and you can get to the west end or the city in just a few minutes, via several bus or tube routes.

Camden Town is a very busy, cultured place. During the day it's full of tourists, particularly near Camden Market - which is an alternative shopping area. At night, the tourists disappear and the night life begins. It's a nice place if you don't mind being in a busy area.

Camden Town is a very happening and quirky place, with very varied characters and customs abound. It's also one of the most all-around places to live. Five minutes walk in one direction and you find a few council blocks but walk five minutes in the other direction and you land in Primrose Hill, one of the poshest places to live in London! You can eat well on a budget, with the many food stalls in the Camden Lock or buy fresh fruit and vegetables at the Inverness street market. If you prefer something nicer there is almost every kind of cuisine and experience available all the way up to Gordon Ramsay's "The York & Albany" just at the top of Parkway road ...right beside Regent's Park which is a lovely place to stroll and experience any time of year. Also nearby are the canals - which have extensive walking/cycling paths.
Camden Town junction itself is always very well populated and pedestrian traffic is strong anytime after 11am on a weekend. But this means that every service a Londoner could need is accessible within this post code, from dry cleaners to hair dressers and pound stores to phone shops.
Transportation links into this central hub are extensively available with the Camden Town underground line, extensive bus links, and the Camden Road overground station.

Parks, canals, pubs, restaurants, clubs, zoos, boutique, trains to Paris...you name it, it's here.
Regents Park

Regents Park is a nice chilled area in contrast to the bustle of Oxford street 4 mins walk and Camden Town just 10 minutes away. It is a veritable oasis.
