I’ve just had an extension added to the back of my house so the room is ground floor with its own patio door, so you will have private access to your room if you wish. Gas central heating, all new carpets etc. Will have a double bed, chest of draws, hanging rail and curtains etc. There will be be use of a private WC and wash basin. Parking for one car. I have two small dogs so you need to be ok with pets. WiFi and all bills included in price.
