We have a room to rent in our three bedroom semi-detached house in Quidhampton, a quaint village on the outskirts of Salisbury.
The bedroom comes furnished with a kingsize sleigh bed, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. The room also comes with a Virgin Media TV V6 box with all channels included and 600mbps internet speed. There is a large garden, shared kitchen and a newly fitted bathroom. Parking is available on the road. All bills are included and include Virgin Media. We are a very down to earth, friendly, professional couple. The property is ideal for young professionals and is only a 10 minute drive from the hospital and city centre. Very close to the train station too.
Please note that we have a dog and so animal lovers are essential. Because of this, we cannot accept applicants with pets.
