I have a large double room with en-suite in Salisbury city centre available from end of April. This is a house share for professional people in a large house.
The rental includes all bills and wifi as well as a weekly cleaner for the communal areas. There is no deposit. Rental is paid one month in advance on 1st of the month.
The room is for single occupancy only (sorry no couples) as this is a licensed HMO property for 6 people. The occasional guest is OK. You must also be a non-smoker.
Viewing can be arranged most days / times..
