We are seeking a clean and tidy, honest, quiet, non smoking, respectable person for cosy, furnished, double ensuite room available in lovely property in Royal Wootton Bassett. Although quiet, it is just minutes from the bustle of Swindon.

Good local buses are available to Swindon, Calne, Malmesbury and elsewhere, so getting about is no problem.

Very close to all local amenities........lots of shops, in walking distance to supermarkets - Sainsburys and Iceland practically on the doorstep and an Aldi and 24hr Tesco just a short car ride away.

Library, gym, swimming pool, leisure centre locally. Bus stops a short walk away and the lovely Jubilee Park for quiet walks and relaxation, plenty of places to eat and drink etc. Active community with many clubs and societies to join if you are looking for that kind of thing.

Minutes from Swindon Outlet Centre for great
shopping and Shaw Ridge with its leisure facilities, including various restaurants and a cinema. Not far from Lydiard Park for more walks and relaxation, yet only
minutes from Swindon with its railway and busy bus station for extensive travel elsewhere.

Ideally located for Windmill Hill, Nationwide, Honda, IBM, Dyson etc.

Situated with very easy commuting distance to:
Devizes, Calne, Lyneham, Chippenham, Malmesbury,
Corsham, Marlborough, Salisbury etc.

Royal Wootton Bassett is also very ideal for the commuter as its only minutes from M4 with direct access to London, Bath and Bristol, making it easy to reach places like Wales as well.

As it is much less busy and quieter than nearby Swindon, it is really a lovely area. Consequently, it is an ideal place to relax after a busy working day.

We only have a few simple rules which are in place for safety reasons, respect for the property and for the consideration of the other tenant living there - these are as follows:

**No sharing of room. No boyfriends/girlfriends staying over, no parties, no eating in room or candles are permitted in the property. You would be expected to clean up after yourself, help with the usual chores and treat the property and other tenant with respect**
