Kitchen has all the usual appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. You will have use of all kitchen utensils and cutlery as well as your own cupboard, fridge and freezer space.

There is ample parking to the front of the property as well as a space to the back of the house. Alternatively if you don’t drive, there is a bus stop very close for buses to Swindon and Chippenham that run every twenty minutes. I also have a garage where a bike could be stored.

The private westerly facing garden is ideal for a dose of sunshine on a sunny day with access to the garage and rear parking .

It is a ten minute walk to the High Street for shopping, pubs and a selection of restaurants and gyms. Alternatively there are a few local shops conveniently situated just a short walk away for any necessities that you may need.

Royal Wootton Bassett is perfectly placed small town, ideal for countryside walks and cycling away from it all, or a short journey into Swindon or Cirencester. You have the best of both worlds at your fingertips as well as a great transport network.

I am the owner and only other occupant at the house, apart from the cat! She can be very friendly if you want her to be or will be just as happy if you prefer to keep her out of your space. I work full time and am often out with family and friends in my spare time. It is important to me that my tenant is respectful, clean and tidy but also feels relaxed enough to feel at home.

I’m looking for a Monday to Friday let preferably, but am happy to accept full time depending on your circumstances. I prefer females if possible, of any age, or students both male and female on work placements etc.
