Small double room, central Worcester

Small furnished downstairs double room in my house 10 minutes' walk from central Worcester. You will share with a Ukrainian couple, their small dog who stays in their bedroom almost all the time, and me. We are all pretty quiet, keep ourselves to ourselves. Single Ukrainians very welcome.

My old house is down to earth. I don't buy new furniture or anything new very much but look after the place. I have few frills but there is a washing machine and drier, fibre broadband, a decent sized lounge, new boiler, lots of storage space. There's a reasonable garden but the kitchen is quite small. Only one bathroom for 4 of us. Low rent reflects the room size and limited time it's available for, not the overall quality, I promise.

Preferably you will be one or more of the following:
- Public sector worker or low paid
- Environmentally aware
- Not a night owl

You MUST be:
- In some employment
- Able to cope with house rules (nothing weird, just that the old house and the small ish shared space needs looking after)
- Considerate to the others who have lived here together for over a year.
- Happy to smoke or vape outside ONLY

Students are welcome. On benefits may be ok depending on you telling me about your situation, please. All neuro-types, genders and orientations very welcome. The only thing I cannot tolerate is intolerance.

Cannabis users
Conspiracy/"awake" types
Any gender-related intolerance
People precious about their cars - our street is very narrow and very crowded with parked cars!
