The room has windows both on the front and back of the house which is great for getting a breeze through in the summer. The rear window is south facing and gets plenty of sun and overlooks a very large garden and pond with allotments beyond.

The house has a large 28ft kitchen/dining area. There is also a piano which you are more than welcome to use.

The motorway (Junction 6) is located 5 minutes away by car so is handy for commuting. There are 2 chip shops, pizza shop, kebab shop, a Chinese, post office, chemist, several pubs, petrol station, 2 x Co-op's, a Londis shop and the new LIDL store on Droitwich Road all less than ½ mile away. It takes 30 minutes to walk into town (1½ miles).

There is a field at the end of the road if you fancy some greenery. Beyond the field will take you down to the river and open countryside. Feel free to borrow the dog, he’ll never give up an opportunity to go for a walk.

Presently the house has 2 males, 1 dog, several goldfish.
