Looking for room in Torquay and surrounding area

I'm 45 years old, romanian. I'm working as delivery driver. I need this room just for me. No pets. My partener and my two kids are in Cornwall, and i'm with them 2-3 weekends/month. I'm smoking but is okay for me to smoke outside. I'm not using the washing machine(my partener is doing this for me when i. m in Cornwall...lol). I'm not cooking. You can ask refferences to my actual landlady.
