Social professional (30 F) seeks new home 🏡

Hey flatmate/house hunters!

I’m 30 years old, currently live in SW London and am looking to make the move to Brighton & Hove. I work in marketing in the alcohol industry and I’m starting a new job for a wine company in August (yes, free wine!) which will mostly be remote, so I can finally escape London for somewhere a bit more chill with access to nature. I also went to school around Brighton way so I'm pretty familiar with the area.

I’m social, tidy/clean and really value a cosy home with friendly people who are up for hanging out. Outside of work, I’m often exercising (running, spin, yoga), seeing live music or comedy, visiting friends/family and getting outdoors. My party days are definitely behind me but I am all for the odd pub trip and checking out decent wine and cocktail spots.

My week days are quite chilled and I work the usual 9-5 hours – while I'll mostly be work from home I'm super relaxed and don't ever make anyone feel put out (e. g. totally happy working with other people around me, the TV on etc.). I will likely visit the London office or work in a local cafe once a week.

I'm open to a double room in an existing friendly houseshare or finding a similar person/people to buddy up with to find a flat. It would be nice to live with someone similar to my age and my budget is around £900pm. Ideally looking to move mid/end of July but can be flexible and push earlier or later.
